The maintenance and service charge is set at €30 excl. VAT per m2.

This fee covers the day-to-day running and maintenance of the building ensuring that the business centre is kept operating to meet the highest service level demands required by our customers. Parking annual fee starts at €800 per car space (excl VAT). The rate varies according to level where space is situated.

  • Tenant contractors may access office premises as from April 2018
  • Management will be setting up a project technical team with the scope of providing tenants and contractors all the necessary support and coordination required to facilitate individual tenant fit-out phases.
  • Building will open for business in fourth quarter 2018
